Always a favorite. The pretzels, sandwiches and pizzas - all amazing! Crave worthy!

These are some of the most amazing pretzels ever, however, this time our pretzels were little overcooked. Portion sizes are huge and usually a good value for money spent. I would normally recommend Ben's Pretzels to everyone and have recommended them to many others, but today was a little disappointing. Hopefully next time will be on point.

The Buggy Bites with the original pretzel was really good, they were fresh and tasty bites. However, the Dutch Almond Pretzel, which I was looking so forward to tasted old and chewy, plus they didn't send me the whole pretzel, they sent me the bites, I was pretty disappointed honestly. Anybody can make a fresh original pretzel so I probably won't be ordering again.

Honestly, wish I could give them Zero stars! They burnt my Dutch Almond Pretzel to a crisp, so burnt that I couldn't even chew it and the almonds were basically charbroiled. Never will order again. Highly disappointed. I'm sure the person who made this food knew it was burnt and still decided to bag it up and have it delivered. Very unprofessional.

Instead of reaching out when they're out of an item and don't feel like making another one, they'll send just one item, but there are two people expecting dinner so now what do we do? Consistently poor on DoorDash
