I order from Big Burger Spot whenever I'm dogsitting in KVille. I'm a picky eater, so I love the BYO option and it's my go-to. Every single time, the burger is exactly as ordered and insanely good. Never been disappointed or unsatisfied. I'm not a huge fan of super thick stacked burgers, or anything fancy, but if you are- these burgers are stars on their own without anything else, no extra stuff is even needed. Whatever they're doing, it's damn good. Great for fancy palettes and the common man's! 10/10 every time. Highly recommend.

My burger was overcooked, and there was barely any blue cheese on the burger. The banana pudding was watered down and very mushy and I asked for a sweet sauce and got honey mustard. That's not the sauce I want and the driver forgot my drink.

The burger was supposed to be well done; it was pink. The fries were not seasoned and there was no chillin the hotdog.

My driver Makayla was awesome and very helpful and nice. She delivered my food as courteous as any one could be. My burger and Cajun fries was awesome and very tasteful. I would always recommend this restaurant to any one.

Hot Dog had too many onions on it. The burger had to much mustard and mayo on it. Had to remove the lettuce which appeared to be wilted because of the excessive sauce. Onion rings were half good. The ones that stuck together at cooking were a little under done.
