• 7/20/25Good food good portion of meat but getting my order right with my grilled in jalapeños doesn't happen unless I go in store. Waffle Fries were freshly made so they were good. Prefer to order at the store but it was decent enough for me to order again xD

• 7/12/26Every single time I come back to visit I make sure to stop at big John's, it never once has failed, best sub sandwich in the city. They need to give you more fries though, that lil sack is not enough.

• 7/17/26Worst sub I've ever had from Big John. The bread wasn't fresh, and fell apart. The steak was dry and NOT enjoyable. Very expensive sandwich for most of it to go in the trash. Disappointing.
