My husband loves his meatball grinders with pesto, olives and banana peppers & they always get it right! The pizza has this great crunchy and chewy crust that's pretty consistent, but sometimes there isn't much sauce, and ingredients are sometimes sparse... I'm thinking of ordering extra sauce & double mushrooms next time. Overall for the price, BigY is the best deal in town & everything (especially the seafood) is super fresh. And I never regret getting BigY's pizza; it's usually very good & I'm rarely disappointed. Their BBQ Chicken pizza is delicious too. I wish they offered smaller sizes, but the large is affordable and who doesn't like leftover pizza?

Omitted the main sandwich I ordered but kept the side. Didn't give me the option for an alternative or notify me that they didn't have the sandwich.

Omg worst French fries I have ever tasted. I asked for them to be cooked crispy/well done but that was completely ignored. Received the total opposite, so undercooked, just gross
