Excellent. Every time we order pizza from the big Y from May Street location in Worcester. It is absolutely the best.  other big Y markets do a good job, but May Street market is incredible.  super fresh dough, and the presentation was perfect.

Ordered the Family Fish Fry for the 2nd time...it's very decent, especially for a Super market...the fish is fresh, the batter is fairly proportionate, golden, slightly crisp yet somewhat thick for my personal taste. Lots of oil in the bottom of the to-go container but the fish is not super greasy once removed and does not taste like old oil. This is one of their strong points for sureh- the oil used to fry is clean and does not leave any off flavors behind.
My only gripe, which is really more just a heads up to customers is that the default when ordering on the DoorDash app is set to NOT include utensils or condiments, which I overlooked and so my fish fry meal came without coleslaw and tartar sauce:( Boooooo!!
Since the description states coleslaw and tartar are included I would think not needing utensils and condiments would just mean no forks, napkins and ketchup packets, not the coleslaw and the tartar!! The horror!! lol...Be careful when ordering so you don't end up tartarless on a Friday Fish n Chip night!!

First time I ordered seafood here it was amazing and well portioned. Today I received 9 piece Shrimp Side Order instead of the advertised 15. Fresh Clam Strip and Chip Dinner was under portioned as well half of what I received the first time. Cmon big y you have such great products and a 50% accuracy? Do better

chicken wings were black burnt and knew it letting it deliver that way. Big Y employee decided to just send as is. Fish and chips family order, fries quantity less than usual, fish was done perfect, the tarter fish for fish and chips totally missing, the blue cheese for burnt wings totally missing. No Calslaw added. Big Y Driver was waiting for order over 15 minutes. Paid near 90 doordashing delivery, Big Y food missed the satisfactory on this one cutting corners and because of delay let non edible and missing food of a family fish fry go incomplete. Who ever worked for Big Y that day didn't promote future business.

Family fish fry was horrible. Two pieces of fish were over cooked and not edible. The rest was soggy and greasy. The cole slaw was not included. The extra tarter sauce I paid for was not included. Only received one tarter sauce for 6 pieces of fish. Will not order again.
