This is the 2nd time I've ordered the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and both times disappointed. The strawberries were not ripe and they were soggy. I've ordered this same dessert cup from another shop and the strawberries were very sweet and ripe. For $20 the ingredients should be much better quality.

The absolute perfect place for a sweet treat. Highly recommend the Dubai Milk Chocolate, Pistachios Square, and Tiramisu Pudding. Also the madluka and kinafa! The ice cream is 1000/10. Something to suit everyone's taste.

12" Knafeh tray was flooded with syrup which leaked through the box and all over my clothes and car. Staff had no clue how to handle the situation and offered nothing. Also, cheese thickness has been lacking lately. Hopefully we see the great bigdash quality again that we've been used to.

For the amount of money you are spending get something else. I've ordered this twice thinking it would be better on the second go around. No. If you like cold somewhat hard chocolate stuck to a cup with unripe sour strawberries then this is the thing for you.

Initially, you can't even tell if it has the delicious pistachio filling. I hate that this location doesn't layer their Dubai chocolate strawberry cup, the best part is always on top and the strawberries don't look or taste the freshest. I love the irving location but it's so far of a drive. It's just okay compared the the first time I had it at the irving location. For almost $20 a cup you'd think they'd put some effort onto it. It would also help to layer the toping so the chocolate doesn't just harden all around the strawberries.
