I love coffee and Biggby has the best latte. It's better than any other cafe I've tried in Michigan.

The Frozen Butter Bear is so delicious! This is my go-to right now. Not big on frozen coffee, however this has completely changed the game for me. You can taste the coffee and all of the other sweet elements... so gooood! Also got the Coffee Cake Muffin and it was perfect pairing. The muffin is moist and sweet. Will definitely be ordering again and again!!!

both my bagels where supposed to have extra cream cheese (up charge of almost $1 each) and both barely had any.

Honestly it's pretty pricey compared to most coffee places and coffee houses. The Black Forest Cold Brew with Sweet Foam is a really nice combo. All three coffees were great. Keep offering the decaf options please? Lots of folks just can't have it.

don't know how they can always mess up a simple drink. the frozen hot chocolate wasn't even blended all the way.there was huge chunks of ice and cookie that couldn't go through the straw because it wasn't blended
