Never had a bad experience with bings, it has always been my favorite boba place since I was in high school

I've tried Bing twice now, with the second time being giving Bing another chance. I ordered the same thing both times (jumbo brown sugar milk tea, with boba), and each time the same problem existed. The tea was very milky without much flavor other than sweet, and the Boba was tough. Other companies in town don't have a jumbo size, but a standard large and their tea is flavorful, just sweet enough, and the boba also has flavor and is soft throughout. The boba at Bings is soft just at the surface, but the center of them are touch, and sometimes almost hard with a slight powdery consistancy. The tapioca mixture, or process is off with this company.

This coffee was terrible. It tasted like almond extract and nothing else. Super disappointed with this place.
