The Nachos are the best with the Tri Tip steak. It's totally worth the extra money cause the Nachos feed two, maybe three people! My favorite BJs food item.

Best damn delivery restaurant on this app. It arrives hot every time. I live easily 20-25 minutes away. I love the family feast but tonight i treated myself to a Bacon Jam Rib-Eye*House Caesar Salad are always Fresh Mozzarella And Tomato Salad delicious. So fresh.

Usually your food is good. On occasion it is not. I'm guessing the same cook and crew are responsible for my lower ratings and are the same ones working this evening. Most often it's great. You should see if the same people are working as those when I gave my prior low rating. The BJ's Classic Crispy Chicken Sandwich was over cooked, very difficult to bite and chew. And you hardly gave me a House Caesar Salad, 3 croutons and the container was less than half full. Boneless Wings were meh. But mistakes happen, no loss. I don't think I'll be ordering from you on Fridays because it's become a consistent pattern of poor quality.

We ordered the ahi poke (tuna with avocado) for the third time and were very disappointed. It was not anything like the other times we have ordered and did not resemble the picture on door dash. This was just a mixed up mess of pieces of raw tuna and avocado in a small bowl. Won't order this again for sure!
