Potatoes were not greasy but nicely cooked. And thank you, Cook, for leaving the bell pepper out of the potatoes. You noticed that I asked  for none in the Scramble.  The Shasta Scramble was really good.  Great food out of the last two visits. I'm impressed!!

I ordered the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and brown gravy with a side of white cheddar macaroni and cheese. The meatloaf had a good flavor and firm but not dry texture. It came with crispy onions on top and the classic ketchupy glaze. The potatoes were just mashed redskin potatoes nothing stood out but that's what I was looking for just a basic anywhere USA classic meatloaf dinner. It didn't disappoint. Would order again if I'm feeling a comfort meal and don't want to use the oven in the heat. It scratched that itch and the portions are large. I made two meals out of it. Corn muffin was nice and slightly sweet and moist also

The roast beef dinner was excellent.  The corn on the cob was really delicious; not dried up like in most restaurants. Seasoning on it is very good. Did you charge me for the tropical lemonade? It was ordered and listed at the top of the receipt but was not listed at the bottom with the two other drinks. Was really looking forward to it. The berry cobbler was very good but a little runny. I used to add cornstarch to thicken it up.

They have big portions, we ordered the Classic Eggs Benedict, hollandaise  sauce was perfect not too buttery. Strip-Cut Hash Browns are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Their Biscuits & Gravy was great, savory gravy and fluffy biscuit.

My meal was terrible, the bread was soggy and I only had i strip of bacon on it. The fries tasted old as well. I also ordered a hot chocolate and they gave me an iced coffee. This place used to be so good. This was just a waste of money .
