The 10 oz New York steak & eggs had a good flavor, were cooked well and the hash browns were delicious and plentiful. Two large biscuits came with the order and the side of brown gravy was tasty and gave more depth of flavor to the steak. The fries that came with the Cubs chicken strips 2 pcs were tasty and had a good flavor, and not too salty. Good price for the creamy Mocha Cold Brew. All the food were packaged well, recommend to label each order, especially multiple orders. Overall very satisfied with Black Bear Diner, will definitely reorder again.

I ordered The Grizz and I substituted the pancakes for a biscuits and gravy, which was just under two dollars more to substitute and it came with 2 biscuits, split in half and smothered and gravy! It's is definitely worth the price!!

I hesitated paying so much for a sandwich, but the Pot Roast Melt was truly delicious. Tender, melt in your mouth slow cooked beef, caramelized onions, and melted cheese on toasted bread, with a cup of au jus to dip it in. But sandwich and au jus arrived hot. The fresh fruit side did not disappoint either. Sliced strawberries, honey and cantaloupe, all perfectly ripe, and a generous sized serving.

Tri tip dip sandwich with blue cheese dressing was awesome. Best blue cheese dressing I've ever had from a restaurant !!!

The Scrambowl was nearly half potatoes. Way too much potato. Otherwise, tasted very good. Biscuit was very nice but NO BUTTER OR HONEY included in the delivery. Same with the grits. Not very hot and NO BUTTER included again. Also, NO NAPKINS OR UTENSILS! Bread pudding is good once you get past the DRY TOP. Need to include more caramel/nut sauce. The pudding is large but the sauce is small, not enough for the whole serving. overall, good food, but spendy!
