Frozen Blue Lagoon tasted like Watermelon floor cleaner. This location also constantly forgets to make drinks sour even after they have been ordered and paid for. Really disappointed in this location as the one by my house ALWAYS follows instructions

Im obsessed with any of the fuel drinks with blue raspberry in it! The iced blue lagoon with sour added is my go to! I just wish it had "please" on the end of "make it sour!" Because I feel like im demanding it lol

stale day-old products were sold. English muffin was almost difficult to bite because it was so rubbery and hard and the tortilla for the burrito was crusting cracking falling apart because it was so stale and old, also the burrito came spicy when that's not what I ordered

Not sure why my extra large drinks are being made smaller, but today was the 4th time. I am going to rethink ordering from here again. Last time DoorDash comped me but it's not their problem it's a Blackrock issue. Pay attention to what you pay & what the store says you are paying. I order & pay $11.10 for x-large but then Blackrock says I ordered & paid $7.35 for smaller drinks without returning any monies for the difference.
