Lotta burger is my uptown favorite , thier food is always fresh, they pack them neatly and make sure nothing is missing from order. Once in a long while they'll forget something but for the most part I love them. Keep

The attached photo does not show a double burger. When we complained, we were told to track down the main manager the next day for our refund of a single burger patty. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of ordering delivery? (Convenience) The food is very mediocre to begin with.

very disappointed. I ordered crispy hashbrowns and crispy bacon but got neither. I also ordered seasoned fries but got regular fries instead. the Burrito it's self was very small compared to previous orders. overall I'm very disappointed. I give this a 3/10

The only issue I have is the hash browns are not browned or crispy as ordered on the #2 breakfast burrito. Maybe next time. Thank you
