I had a margherita pizza from Roosters and thought I would try to recreate it with a custom order at Blaze. IT. IS. BETTER. THAN. ROOSTERS. I always order a custom pizza with red sauce, mozarella, chicken, tomatoes, basil, olive oil drizzle and basaltic glaze drizzle. 10/10! Seriously the best thing since sliced bread. 73 year old lady and 32 year old pizza goblin approved!

This is what passes as 'double pepperoni.' Literally two pieces of pepperoni on a slice. Terrible value.

Food is always good and tastes fresh! Their pizza bread and bread sticks are always fluffy and soft! The gluten free dough though has a crunch to it!

Pizza was burned there's a black ring of charcoal all around the bottom, pepperoni is burned to a dry crisp. Cheese was vaporized. ( Can I get a refund?) Definitely a mistake in the kitchen.

One pepperoni and 1 mushroom per slice. Super stingy. I basically paid extra for a cheese pizza
