I ordered Bloomers at the recommendation of an employee at the Mirvish Theatre. I ordered the 12 donuts box...eight of them. And every donut has been met with rave reviews. They are fresh. So delicious, and vegan (I can finally order food from the same place to fit all food and diet restrictions)!!! Thank you for the handwritten note. I am hpoy to support a family owned business. Thank you for all the smiles that your food has brought to the theatre.

I ordered 6 donuts but only 4 arrived. I tried reaching out to the store twice but they didn't pick up. I got an refund issued but it's disappointing since I wanted six from the start. I personally think customer service is important as a part of business so I don't think I would be ordering again. The donuts are large and great if you are craving something pretty sweet. Better than franchise donuts.

I really enjoy their donuts but I tend to prefer the fruit flavours/glazes and find the non fruit flavours a little too sweet. I've ordered the fritters a few times and 3/5 times some of the fritters were under cooked and too stuck together, sort if like a giant, undercooked donut hole. I think going in person is the best so you can look and choose.
