Tasteless. Poor texture. I realize this is Boise not NY, but grocery store bagels are better for the price. The cream cheese (honey walnut and vegetable) lacked flavor as well. The mocha was like tepid chocolate milk. A costly disappointment.

Plain cream cheese instead of the flavored, but price is pretty close so assuming they had just ran out of the berry flavor.
Bagels are tasty, good cream cheese, all sliced like requested. strongly suggest the cranberry orange, very good

I ordered a tub of cream cheese for the following days for work, they didnt send it. And they put close to no cream cheese on the bagel I ordered with cream cheese. I coud have put more on myself, if they had actually remembered to add it to my order.

Bagels were a little under baked.
Tastes like they used the same knife or spreader that the used for the lox, bc our sandwiches all tasted a little like fish.
