• 2/15/26Southern Gravy Biscuit was bland doesn't taste the same like it us to be good I ordered a Sausage Biscuit instead got a sausage Bo-Berry biscuit so put the sausage from my Biscuit to my Southern Gravy Biscuit every thing else ordered was fine

• 11/7/25My drink was left exposed. It had a tab over the straw hole, however the sides were able to be lifted to take the lid off.

• 11/12/25Bojangles was out of steak biscuits so they subbed a sausage biscuit but still charged me for steak. They could have add least added the gravy.
