I only had two piece of chicken when I order three piece and the dirty rice was over cook and the biscuit was too hard

We received the wrong items and the food seemed old/overcooked. The manager was nice at offering to resolve but we were still very disappointed.

Both tender 4pc Chicken Supremes Combo that were ordered was extreme hard to bite into and chew. Tasted bland. You can tell by the color of the chicken that they were old. Very disappointed!

This is the first time I've ever received a uncooked pie, and a hard biscuit that felt like it was from yesterday. Very disappointed with the breakfast I ordered this morning.
