obviously i had a bite of the biscuit. was trying to self soothe bc the fries had me confused. either my dasher ate them or the bojangles workers are running out of potatoes cause it was a large fry with not a lot of fries.
also a sauce i paid extra for was missing. i will say it tasted good and i ordered it while it was raining. but cmon man. my fries.
this was like 26 dollars

Always had a good experience until tonight. The chicken thighs were the smallest I have ever had. Hardly any meat. I also did not get my coleslaw, got two dirty rice instead.

I ordered a sandwich and added bacon ( which was an upcharge) and they forgot to add it to my sandwich. I told them they missed my bacon and the said they can't do anything about it.

Usually in store it's great! But today delivery No straws, no fries (missing 2 different sizes), all Bo rounds instead (one kid doesn't eat them - that was fun to calm), everything smooshed into one bag.... one kids biscuit falling apart bc of how it was packed. Drinks lids not marked - little things add up...

the food is burnt. the fries are super old. and the wrong sauces were brought. 2 order in a row that was horrible. this store is turning into the old bojangles that closed. waste of money again.
