Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Fries were hard and crunch and lacked the extra seasoning I asked for. I ordered extra ranch sauce, but all they have now is the house made ranch which isn't nearly as good as the previous packaged ranch. I ordered extra and they didn't provide it, waste of money. Also biscuits weren't fresh, too dry. Chicken not hot. Disappointing experience

The chicken supremes were delicious and the tea is sweet! Sweeter than other locations which I like. The fries were seasoned well

dirty rice container was open I asked for extra icing on the boberry biscuits and didn't get it My biscuits in general look like they had been out all day they were hard as rocks and I asked for all dark meat chicken and I got white meat

ordered a 4pc Chicken Supremes Combo and added extra ranch. I got my order and I had 3 small hard tenders and 1 ranch that came with the box so I paid for nothing. I was so disappointed.

I requested no egg on my sausage and cheese biscuit, but it had egg on it anyway. My other items were good, except there was no butter put in the bag for my grits and no spoon or fork to eat them with. Even though my order was very late coming, the food was good overall. Most times the biscuits are hard or too thick, but this time they were surprisingly much better. And it would be nice if the Bo rounds were cooked all the way through and were crispy instead of soggy in the middle.
