Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We have loved the bbq sandwich ever since they put it on the menu. The last two times I ordered it they've been skimpy with the bbq. I actually had more coleslaw than bbq. I'm about ready to get Smithfield's which I love even though I like Bojangles better.

My chicken is basically inedible:( It is BERY old/dry/overcooked maybe. I don't know what to call it exactly but it's so hard and dry. I can't even eat it. Not to mention my mashed potatoes are missing and I even paid for extra gravy. The only thing edible is the biscuit. It's very disappointing. Oh and COLD even -_-

Wings can't get more smaller than this. Why is food smaller for a much bigger price?

Did not receive part of my order, was told by employee on phone there wasn't anything they could do and to contact door dash for refund which shouldn't be the case since the store was the one who forgot the items

This happens way too often...the biscuit falls apart when I try to pick my breakfast sandwich up. Really frustrating and messy.
