Very disappointing experience. I paid over $9 for a matcha topped with ice cream, and the scoop of ice cream was so small that it had practically melted before I even left the store.
I brought it up to the server, Nien, and her response was essentially, “I’m sorry you feel that way, but that’s our standard.” There was no attempt to address my concern or make the situation right. What bothered me even more was that she appeared to smirk when I commented on the portion size, which came across as dismissive.
For a drink at this price point, I expected a much better product and significantly better customer service. Unfortunately, I left feeling like it was poor value for the money.

Their cake is crazy expensive for the tiny size. The taste isn't too bad but not worth the price. I don't recommend this place. I ordered them online so I wasn't aware of the size for the crazy price. The photo is misleading
