Each box lunch comes with sandwich, choice of side and dessert, cutlery pack, napkin, mint, hot sauce and choice of 1 sauce, additional sauces available for an extra cost. Sauce selections: House Made Bourbon Cherry (sweet traditional bbq), Dijon, Carolina, Spicy BBQ, Mild BBQ. Sides include: potato salad, Mac and cheese, house made chips, honey baked beans, dijon baked beans, Southern green beans, half roasted corn cobbette (additional sides for en extra cost). Additional toppings for en extra cost each: (2 oz.each) jalapeños, house made pickles, caramelized onions.
