The pelmeni was absolutely fantastic! This was my first time trying it, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The portion was huge, the village cabbage was perfectly fermented (which made my little fermented-food-loving heart so happy 😄), and everyone there is always so incredibly kind. Amazing food and even better people—it's safe to say I'll be thinking about Pelmeni all the time now!

I love the food here! This is the first time I "dashed" it, and the quality was just as wonderful. I'm initially from an area where I easily found Eastern European food, so I was missing it a lot when I relocated to the Chippewa Valley. My favorite item is the benderyk. It's so savory and flavorful! The portions are good and more importantly to me the ingredients taste pure.

The cabbage rolls and pampushka are so flavorful and comforting. The crimson crunch salad is tangy and crunchy (also really like their vinaigrette salad). Big portions, and the owners/staff are always so friendly and helpful!

The extra costs for delivery are a bit steep, but it's worth it to splurge for such fantastic food on occasion. I always order 2 meals to rationalize the extra delivery costs. If the added $5 delivery cost wasn't there I'd likely order solo meals more often.
And for those who haven't tried it, try the amber cream!

The Borsch is so flavorful! It's great on it's own but even better with the sour cream it comes with. I also ordered a Pampushka , which is the perfect side to dip in the Borsch. The Village Cabbage Salad was a nice tart contrast to the rich soup and bun. Delicious!
