Energizer Burrito was missing spinach, eggs were fried instead of scrambled, placed in the wrong wrap, was about 1/3 the size of what's in the photo on the menu, and was missing the bacon that I paid extra for.
The other burrito, I think the muscleman, had fried whole eggs instead of scrambled egg whites, and was also 1/3 the size of the advertised image.
The onions in the Energizer Burrito also had the skin on them - typically I wouldn't care and would chalk it up as a mistake. Given the other issues, it's just sloppy negligence and not caring.

The 3 Little Piggy’s Burrito was not even neatly wrapped. Just a burrito in a cardboard take out box. I asked for provolone and I got American cheese. How hard is it to make a burrito and wrap it neatly?
