The pasta ala Pasta alla Vodka is the most delicious Italian pasta I have ever had and the Gorgonzola Crusted Beef Medallions* are cooked to perfection . FYI I got my bread!!! No complaints here, I am a huge food critic and this is hands down the best .

They used to make their food with love. I got two of the same pastas one of them was oversized but watered down the other one had no sauce. They honestly look like two different pastas, but they weren't. Overall lack of consistency at a high price. I tried eating the more saucier one and ended up throwing both away.

TheSpaghetti Bolognese had a wonderful savory/subtle sweetness of the sauce, pasta was al dente and meat well seasonsed!Pasta Brio is a winner regardless of my mood- wonderful textures from the variety of veg and a lovely herbaceous quality to the sauce. Chicken Limone was the divine surprise that pushed my lazy self over the top to write a review! Whomever prepared ours cooked the Chicken Limone to moist yet crisp and well seasoned perfection! The aroma of lemon was pleasantly forward and the mashed potatoes and broccolini were each fantastic in their own right. Hearty and high quality all around. This is the Brio we want to stay!

The spaghetti was good and filling but definitely not worth $30.
The crème brûlée?!!!! Come on!! I couldn't even tell what it was I got just looking at it.
The bread that came w the pasta dish was large but no butter and sourdough is one tough bread.
Anyway, what happens in Vegas, should remain in Vegas. :-/

Very tasty. I am in Vegas for work and appreciate the
portion sizes are reasonable and generous for a single meal. I hate leftovers when I travel. Pasta had a nice spice level without being too spicy. Will definitely order from here again.
