• 8/6/23It is called soul food for a reason. I am so happy I have found a bonafide soul food home. The cornbread was flavorful soft and moist, sweet potatoes, mac and cheese and chicken were so good and satisfying. You guys will see my name often! thank you

• 1/23/23This is the best Soul Food Restaurant on the Westside of Chicago. The food is made from scratch and the restaurant itself is very clean and welcoming. The bathrooms are super clean and smell wonderfully (which is a plus). The fried catfish reminds me of my dads and the Mac and cheese is superb along with the dressing. Every item on the menu is good. Top it off with the creamy banana pudding and the peach cobbler has an old school sweet flair to it that I love. The restaurant is run by all family members so it's a true family business. Give them a try - you won't be disappointed!!!
