First time ordering from here the Philly Cheesesteak was well seasoned and the bread was soft I got a six inch and it was very filling and the Red Velvet Cake was a nice size and very moist

The Philly Cheesesteak wasn't bad. they mixed in the cheese well. But the bun was chewy in a bad way, and it distinctly tasted like Hamburger Helper. I love Hamburger Helper, just not when I'm paying $20. Not to mention it is only 10 inches. No reason for it to be 10 inches instead of 12 at this price.

12 wings off the pit!(2flavors) honey hot was a wet rub full of flavor, even amount of sweetness & hear. Hot lemon pepper was amazing but a tad bit salty. Definitely a punch to your tastebuds. & they never disappoint with the SMALL Loaded Steak Fries guaranteed hit every time. Chefs Kiss.

Food is absolutely incredible, the hot honey was super tasty and not too spicy. A perfect blend really, portion sizes were also huge. Easily my favorite spot in CLT for wings/ Tenders

To start, I ordered this as it came. I neither added or removed anything other than side sauces. I ordered a large, the photo shows half of that.
If you were brought here by social media, you should seriously manage your expectations. Though I've only door dashed, this is significantly more mediocre than TikTok/instagram makes it appear. It's not "bad", but for the price it's absolutely disappointing. If you've ever been to a ball game or concert and had a philly, you'll know what to expect. The price is erroneously high for what you receive and I have no reason to order from here again due to this first experience. Just a warning, Jersey mikes or firehouse has a significantly better sandwich at an equal or better price. I really wanted to enjoy this place, I'm upset I spent the amount I did for such a small and bland sandwich.
Also, don't spend a dollar on side dressings, other than the house dressing, which is like glorified thousand island, they are not made in house and are equivalent in size and type to any other fast food dressing container.
I hope this place can improve, but right now they're only running on social media appearance IMO.
