Always fast and hot upon receipt! Never had a bad experience ordering from here since they opened. Please support so they stay in business. I know it's a chain, but better wing delivery vs local.

Boneless Wings hard as a rock. Had to have been sitting out or over fried. Portion was okay but with only a few able to eat without chipping a molar wasn't enough for the price. Wont order again. Have had bad luck with this particular place, whether it be through DoorDash or the mobile app.

Food was cold, burger was overcooked and dry, wings look like they've been sitting for hours, Mozzarella Sticks weren't even melted on the inside and hard on the outside, old rings were one big blob and cold. Left off the Ghirardelli Chocolate Chunk Brownie we ordered.

I paid $100 for 50 Traditional Wings with a chipotle bbq rub. None of the wings were seasoned at all

I ordered a Ultimte Sampler & the cheese sticks had no cheese in them but had cheese coming out both ends & on outside. I also added a Ghirardelli Chocolate Chunk Brownie & it was listed on the receipt but not with the order. The food was subpar vs in the actual restaurant. Was very disappointed.
