Extremely disappointed with this order. The wings and fries were completely dried out and stale, as if they'd been sitting out for hours. The flavors were muted, and the overall quality was terrible. I've never had such a bad experience with Buffalo Wild Wings before, especially through DoorDash. Definitely not worth the price or the wait.

The fries I ordered with my Mushroom Swiss Burger were hard as a rock like they weren't fresh. My burger was a good size but dry. Tho it was still good. I'd never order fries or tater tots from here again because apparently they are always inedible. The Hatch Queso Dip was good also. I ended up putting it on my Mushroom Swiss Burger since I couldn't eat the fries.

Frozen, when it thawed, it tasted like cardboard. Bought a freshly baked full cheesecake for $1.00 more the next day elsewhere. Your dessert is not worth the cost.

Their wings were not crispy... very mushy. The garlic parm wings tasted like they had Italian dressing in the seasoning. Kind of vinegar like. Fried Pickles were good and the cheese curds were good. Celery not very fresh was wilt y but the carrots were good. Was sad to see that the side order of veggies was 4 baby carrots and 2 pieces of celery. The ranch tasted like the Walmart brand ranch. Not buttermilking.. more tart. Sad to say we were not impressed
