Can't even tell if there is any cheese on the burger and the sweet tea tastes like sugar water but the fries we decent. Super disappointed

Everytime I order the Bacon and Swiss Royal Crispy Chicken I ask for no lettuce or tomato and they give me no Swiss cheese, no bacon, no lettuce or tomato
