The fries were golden brown and the perfect temperature and the burger was juicy without being messy and perfect temperature. I have left negative feedback in the past and it seems all the issues I mentioned were resolved. Great value

I know how difficult it is to deliver crispy Fries and 8 Pc. Chicken Nuggets. It's almost impossible - especially if the customer orders two large Diet Coke with their meal and you're required to snuggle up the food next to two icy beverages, forcing the process of cooldown and condensation buildup more rapidly in the bag. Even still, sometimes, somehow - like magic - you manage to deliver me a crispy meal. Unfortunately today was not that day. I still feel the flavour of your nuggets is far better than *other* fast food chains and your fries did not taste like they were cooked in old oil which frequently happens when I order from other fast food locations. My food was all correct - although you did forget my ketchup which I specifically called ahead for since the DoorDash app has no menu to add condiments for BK. For these reasons you get a thumbs up instead of a heart this time.

Snack boxes are a terrible idea on a delivery order - I should have known better. Three different food items packed densely together in a small box causing condensation build up doesn't end well for food that is supposed to be crispy. They were the soggiest onion rings and fries I've ever ordered from any restaurant and the texture of the nuggets was a hybrid between rubber and cardboard. The regular meal that was on the same order - 8 piece chicken fries with French fries - was much better by comparison. The items were packed in their own containers that allow for the natural cooling process of the food to not cause as much condensation build up (and therefore sogginess).

CHANGE YOUR FRIES BACK. THESE ARE TERRIBLE! MY ENTIRE FAMILY AND NEIGHBOURS AGREE. They don't hold heat as long for takeout or deliveries and if you don't eat them the minute they get out of the deep fryer they turn to chewy cardboard. This means I won't be able to get crispy, warm fries delivered from BK, which means I won't have a reason to order from you anymore. This was my second attempt on the new fries - I did not leave a review the first time because I wanted to give them a second chance (they were just as bad the first time), and boy do I regret it! As for the 'New' nuggets - if I wanted McDonalds nuggets I'd order McDonalds nuggets. You removed your signature flavour from them and gave them a pretty bad after taste. The texture also does not hold up well on takeout or deliveries. Bravo on all of the recent downgrades.

I used to like your food (years back), but hadn't tried it in a while because the last few times we found that the meat had a fishy taste and the food was rather bland.
We tried your stuff again after a long break, with hopes it wasn't going to be an issue, but still found the same thing.
Two of us agreed that we both found it very iffy. Definitely a hard pass in the future considering all the other options out there. Even a deal wasn't worth it.
