The Italian crispy chicken meal had a poor taste. The chicken was overcooked, the sauce had a poor flavor and the bun had a very poor taste. I have had this sandwich in the past snd it was very good but I will not order this again!

Ordered 2 Royal Crispy Chicken sandwiches. I received two dry sandwiches with no toppings or sauce that said was included on the sandwich. Just bread and dry chicken.... thanks I guess.

Chicken sandwiches had hardly any lettuce and Mayo, like almost none. It was horribly dry. I understand it's fast food, but these sandwiches were ridiculous.

I paid for lettuce, tomato, bacon, and onion, but I didn't get them. I asked for NO ketchup but got it anyway. It was a dry, almost tasteless hamburger.
