• 5/15/25The burger I received was in bad shape. The bun were burnt and not even. Looked like someone threw the burger on the floor or against the wall. I asked for no pickles and no onions, and the burger had both in it. The churro fries didn't come with the chocolate dip. No straw included for my drink. This location needs to improve their service. Their food cost too much to be getting a subpar meal.

• 6/14/26Burger was hard. Fries cold. The burger was the main issue. Tasted like they had a bacon burger sitting around then they removed the basin for my double cheeseburger.

• 4/20/22chicken sandwich was old and burned Bread was old and stale. they put lettuce on and did not add onions and pickles.
