• 3/14/25Usually I get good service, but this time, the straw attached to the cup was soaked, the fry container was less than half full (see photo) .

• 5/28/26When I order a Large of something, I usually expect a large amount in the large container, not a medium amount in a large container. If I wanted to order less, I would have saved and ordered less. I have had better experiences than tbis one. This felt like a waste of money for the size. It's not even that melted. I have had a large sit in a hot car while at the bank and not had it be at that low of a fill because of "melting."
It seems like they are either moving too fast, too carelessly, or management is not allowing proper care to be had for all orders. Speed isn't as important as getting it right.
