Im not sure if it's because I complained enough, OR someone is actually doing their job and deserves credit. My food was fresh and made correct. The Whopper wasn't thrown together or missing any toppings like usual. This was my first time trying the Mozzarella Fries and Im glad those were also fresh not sure they'd be good eating cold.

My Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissan'wich Meals sandwich was so thin! egg was hardly even there and Sausage was way overdone. the hashrounds were very good. the store in Pontiac is very slow which makes you think they are cooking up order fresh. not the case. you could tell sandwich had been sitting there past it's time. will stick with McDonalds.

Sent the wrong food and that was unfortunately not a surprise. They couldn't even be bothered to send a straw so that I could drink the drink that I ordered. This Burger King in Pontiac usually messes up orders. It has become more or less "the rule" not "the exception". And don't bother ordering the pancake platters.... they say they don't have them, then replace them with nasty tasing french toast sticks. And if you order a drink, be sure to have straws at home or at work... they won't include those either.

ordered whopper, fries and choc chip cookie. burger and fries were ok but the cookie was smashed and had melted choc all over the bag

Mozzarella Sticks were overcooked, cheese had melted out of them and they were all stuck together. Onion Rings weren't full, and the burger was sloppy, and didn't have any onion on it.
