We love zupas and early on we were bummed that their soups like clam chowder became runnier and runnier. But my potato soup was much thicker this time! And I love the Brisket grilled cheese it is-so delicious!! They do a-great job of sending everything too ,most of the time. I highly recommend them!!

The food has gone way down hill! I got the chicken enchilada chili soup and there was literally no chicken in it. It was mostly broth. The tomato basil soup was also runny and watery..

The restaurant that prepared my order were fast and not in a good way. My food was clearly not warmed up as my pasta felt like it was taken out of a freezer and put into a container. The strawberry was ridiculously small. Like, no bigger than half my pinky nail small. I ordered chips and didn't get them. Both of my sandwiches were burnt and had little sauce. It's such a shame as I love zupas but this location was insanely disappointing. My driver was quick and followed directions but the restaurant needs a check up.

Food wasnt good. The salad had hardly any toppings or chicken. The soup was all soup and no chucks. I dont want to pay $10 for potato water.

What looks like a slice of each kind of cheese and at least two tomatos is advertised, tjis is not what you get. 1 small tomato slice, a quarter size piece of Muenster and no slice of cheddar. The edges of the small regular size bread loaf taste like cheddar? It is a kids size sandwich, not "ultimate" in any way.
