This shop is amazing. The Cookies n Panna is my favorite but I love how they change a lot of flavors every day. I can always try something fun and new. 10/10

CHIPSIDE OUT: Um, wow. Wow. The salt! This was unlike any ice cream I've ever had before. The flavor just popped. I didn't realize I wanted salt in my ice cream until this moment. It was sweet too, and nicely creamy milk chocolate-y, but, wow, the salt. That alone was exceptional. And yes, it was good, rich, creamy, premium ice cream.
I dug in further. It was loaded with mix-ins. No skimping here. The dark chocolate chunks were clearly high quality. Deep, dark chocolate. They went oh so well with the salty milk chocolate base. OMG.
And then, the white chocolate coated chips. These came in all various sizes, some little bits, some much bigger. All had a thick white chocolate coating, that was quite sweet, borderline too sweet likely for some, but I still really liked it. And the pieces remained absolutely firm, no soft and soggy bits as I had feared. I loved these too.
Everything about this was good on its own. Everything about this was great together. Everything seemed very high quality. No edits.

CHOCOLATE RITZ PIE
I was greeted by the very big gob of chocolate chess pie, front and center. Not that I expected anything less, but, talk about good curb appeal.
Starting with the base ice cream (although, to be honest, I went first for the chess pie!): the base was slightly salty and buttery, with a slight grit that somehow wasn't unpleasant. It's basically exactly what you would expect a Ritz cracker ice cream to taste like.
And then there were the huge gobs of chocolate chess pie. So gooey, quite sweet, and incredibly rich. If you were to eat just that on its own, it would be too much, too sweet, and too intense of a fudge, but that's what the base ice cream, and a huge dollop of panna are for - to balance it all out. This was an incredibly unique flavor, and one I quite enjoyed,

Reallly good. I don't want to buy anywhere else. Rich and tasty. Expensive but honestly, it's lasted me weeks now because a spoonful is enough for cravings. I don't need to indulge with an entire pint. So, guess the cost makes sense when you factor in quality

Best ice cream in NYC!!! The coffee flavor was skippable, but per usual COOKIES 'N PANNA and RED FLAG were unbelievable.
