Sandwhich was amazing with flavor but much less toppings than showed in photos! Very delicious though!!

I have never had such a terrible experience with Capriotti's. The sandwiches were lackluster. The Cole Slaw was bland and basically empty, only a spoonful basically. My soup was missing. the chicken cheese steak was dry. I've always loved Capriotti's, but that location is terrible. Starting to change my mind about the company as a whole.

This shop used to be so good. My sandwich was so dry and had barely any turkey in it. Its an expensive sandwich so to get barely any dry tasteless turkey and a dollup of cranberry is messed up. I once loved this place but its nothing near as good as it once was.
I was excited to try the new mashed potato and gravy. It was bland like my sandwich.. please go back to being delicious. My lunch was so blah and disappointing. Best part of my lunch was the pepsi. And that makes me sad!

The hot The Hot Bobbie®had very little turkey in it. It was mostly all stuffing.

Usually they have awesome Classic Cheese Steak sandwiches. This one had almost no cheese and even less meat.
