I just want to say that this is a true staple of Port Washington. The eggplant regatta slice is an objectively elite experience . When people ask the question "what would your last meal be"? For me, it is GENUINELY an eggplant roll( not hero) and eggplant reggat pizza pie. God bless this place

Everyone knows Carlos it's been there forever. It used to be the best in town before Rosa moved in. Now there's a lot of competition for that best tasting pizza. That being said, Carlos provides good value, usually very fresh and I've ordered many times from them. I think it deserves mentioning that they're not open as late as some of the other places nearby, so if you're hungry after nine, you kinda have to plan ahead

Carlos makes tasty food with great portions fresh ingredients. Their Sicilian is excellent and I ordered it often. Make sure to get it well done because they have a tendency to sometimes undercooked their pizza. But Carlos is definitely one of the more consistent pizza joints in Port.

Always on point. Eggplant Eggplant Parmigiana was awesomely delicious, salad was fresh and my husband's go to; Meatball hero was amazing
