The fries were cold and so were the jalapeño poppers. The chicken strips were overcooked.
I know that the food being cold had nothing to do with the driver because I was tracking the order and this restaurant is a 2-5 minute drive to my house.

the big Carl was done perfect. charbroil was my fave way of cooking a burger. light on sauce would be great
