I will never not love Carreras. It is always consistently yummy and I love trying new things when I go. The pastry (Fritelle) was absolutely decadent and my iced latte was delicious. I ordered it online and they only had an option for a hot latte, so I made a special request for an iced latte with light ice and they delivered! Love that the employee wrote a nice little note as well. Carreras is Moorpark's best, certainly check it out if you have the chance!

Ordered the Velina Cake for a birthday.... hands down!!! The Best Care Ever... had to really stop people from eating the whole thing!!!!just to get one small piece for taste! It tastes fresh, rich, delicate and the super chocolately layer made it even more amazing!! It is just the right amount of sweet... and the service!! Is Wonderful!!... highly recommended....

this place is really hit or miss. I think the quality of the food is highly dependent on the chefs of the day. I have ordered Sauteed Vegetable Medley and Sauteed Shrimp for more than six times, the quantity of the food varies up to 50%, they even come in different sizes of the food containers every time. And the Sauteed Shrimp is perfectly cooked half of the time, and the other half is over salted.

First time trying, everything was unbelievably delicious!
The Chicken Milanese was so crispy yet juicy! Loved it.
The Chicken Marsala was exceptonally good. The potato side was so good too!
But the desserts were spectacular.
The Peach and Mango pastry was very good. And the Red Velvet cake too. But the Frittelle (Bomboloni) pastry filled with cream was to die for! Will be ordering again.

This was the best tasting cake ever. That's an understatement. I saw that this cake was the most liked so I got it but was not expecting how perfect each layer was going to be. You want something perfectly balanced in flavor and be aesthetic, get this cake or get any cake from this place. Cannot say enough about this. Ooh! And tha packaging was so pretty.
