The food was absolutely superb. The twice baked potato was extraordinary, the coleslaw wonderful, the chicken was meaty, moist, tender, and plenty for one or even 2. The BBQ sauce for brisket and chicken was just right. The tiramisu was terrific. Note: the Mediterranean wings were the best we've ever had--tasted like real Mediterranean cooking.

I will never have any complaints about Carson's ribs. Their barbecue brisket sandwich and barbecue pulled pork sandwiches are fantastic. They give plenty of extra barbecue sauce. You must order the au gratin potatoes are unbelievable. Don't forget to order cornbread. If I wasn't so fond of the brisket and pulled pork sandwiches (I always order two because I will have one the next day), I would try the prime rib sandwich. Tastes fantastic whether I am at the restaurant or having delivered to my home (20 minutes away).

Those Chargrilled Mediterranean Wings was soooooooo good the flavor on them was amazing and I'm a sucker for the BBQ Baby Backs Full Slab and the freshness of the creamed spinach and I love the Corn Bread. The portions were nice and I would definitely ordering again.

Ribs and chicken were slightly tasteless, pretty much tastd like the BBQ sauce, not the meat itself. It's a hit or misscuz last time ribs were flawless. portion was generous. Coleslaw was good and creamy spinach really good!
