This store is very consistent. They always get the order right, they make it quick and overall make it a very pleasant experience. It's always exceptionally tasty too. Kudos to the workers at the store for a job well done. Highly recommend this location.

As is this store's custom, everything was excellent tasting and very carefully packaged. This is one of the best Carvel's on the Island and I highly recommend.

the entire bottom three inches of my Fudge Brownie Sundae Dasher® was just pure marshmallow sauce, sprinkles and hot fudge. there was literally no ice cream in the last three inches. I wanted them as a topping, not half of the sundae. it's always either barely any toppings at all (that I pay extra for) or purposely overdoing it. nobody would actually think that's an acceptable amount. i NEVER leave reviews but I'm tired of spending money here when I either get almost no toppings or an absurd amount. it just feels like they do it on purpose.

I asked for a carvel crunchies sundae, andit was my first time at carvel. The person making mt icscream asked me if I wanted chocolate or vanilla ice cream, I showed him and example,and asked what does he mean, as in does he mean the layers ,and I pointed to the example, which was fudge ice cream. He actually was rude about it, and thought I didnt know what I was talking about.i just took my icecram and left. It was just all fudge and and stuff.i found it a waste of my 8 dollars.

Unedible and water down. The ice cream machine must've been broken. Called the store Alex was extremely rude and unhelpful. What a disappointment we usually order there a lot. Hopefully he won't be there next time we try to order. luckily DoorDash refunded my items.
