• 7/4/22This store is very consistent. They always get the order right, they make it quick and overall make it a very pleasant experience. It's always exceptionally tasty too. Kudos to the workers at the store for a job well done. Highly recommend this location.

• 7/10/22As is this store's custom, everything was excellent tasting and very carefully packaged. This is one of the best Carvel's on the Island and I highly recommend.

• 5/16/26I asked for a carvel crunchies sundae, andit was my first time at carvel. The person making mt icscream asked me if I wanted chocolate or vanilla ice cream, I showed him and example,and asked what does he mean, as in does he mean the layers ,and I pointed to the example, which was fudge ice cream. He actually was rude about it, and thought I didnt know what I was talking about.i just took my icecram and left. It was just all fudge and and stuff.i found it a waste of my 8 dollars.

• 4/3/22Unedible and water down. The ice cream machine must've been broken. Called the store Alex was extremely rude and unhelpful. What a disappointment we usually order there a lot. Hopefully he won't be there next time we try to order. luckily DoorDash refunded my items.

• 6/30/25the entire bottom three inches of my Fudge Brownie Sundae Dasher® was just pure marshmallow sauce, sprinkles and hot fudge. there was literally no ice cream in the last three inches. I wanted them as a topping, not half of the sundae. it's always either barely any toppings at all (that I pay extra for) or purposely overdoing it. nobody would actually think that's an acceptable amount. i NEVER leave reviews but I'm tired of spending money here when I either get almost no toppings or an absurd amount. it just feels like they do it on purpose.
