We love Castaneda Food Truck! This was our first time using door dash to order it (usually I just go and pick up) and it was hot and tasty when it arrived. My 1.5 yr old loves the Rice & Beans (his hand) and I love the Meat Quesadilla fajita style! Best local Mexican hands down.

Castaneda's never disappoints. Their Elote- Mex style street corn is so good. We also tried the Birria empanadas for the first time. All I have to say is WOW. They are flavorful and packed to the brim. I will always keep coming back for more. I can genuinely say these are the best tacos and empanadas in the area.

Unfortunately the ground beef was so mushy and flavorless in both the empanadas and chimichanga. And the rice had peas and carrots? Never once had that in Mexican food before lol. I honestly had higher hopes for this place :( the best thing I got was the hot sauce

Street corn is amazing! Nachos were good but could have used some more pico de gallo. Churros were delicious, probably the best I've ever tasted.

Every order is just as good as the last. We consistently order the Chicken Meat Quesadilla, Empanada, Rice & Beans , Chicken Authentic Mexican Taco, and Taco Salad. Food is always on point. Hands down the best mexican around!
