Will not order from Southlake Cava again. Twice I've ordered and it's always missing 1-2 items. This time 2 items missing and sides were about tablespoon size. Also, they don't answer the phone.
Very disappointing as I've had excellent service from The Woodlands store and Plano.

This is the second time I have received rice that is completely dry and hard to chew from this specific location. Previously also other Cava locations just send dried out cold rice that is old sitting in their open pans. When I order in person I make sure to request fresh rice if I see it's dry, but sadly don't have the option for delivery order, also one of the dressing lid was open and it was all over inside the bag. Rethink packaging please

Ordered a salad from them and it was pretty pathetic! Not much lettuce or protein (which I paid extra for). Completely drenched in dressing. The oat chocolate chip cookie is pre-baked / packaged. This place is overrated in my opinion.

Really disappointed in the portion size of chicken. It was half what it usually is. I've gotten bowls from Cava many times before in person and it was fine. I'm going to avoid ordering it on DoorDash moving forward. Feels like they intentionally give less for delivery orders
