Rice clumpy , food looked dry and nothing close to fresh , the portions look like a child's portion , I've had cava many times before this is just sad

For the price the food should have been larger portion. Expected large salad and for a side salad. Brownies are $3 and some change and it is tiny.

The kids meal rice was cold and overcooked. I ordered chickenand theygave me falafel. This is the 3rd time I ordered and eah time they either forgot my drink or Greyston Blondie. This is the 1st time foodqualitywas terrible.

Chicken pieces were all gristle, they forgot the hummus and the lettuce was brown
