We loved the grain bowl when we ordered earlier. So ordered it again for myself and my son. But the portions were very small compared to
precious one. Also there was just one falafel for 1/2 protein option, veggies and other options that I chose were only included in very small portions. Food is yummy but the portions and including all items must be checked for.

I was supposed to receive the order in 22 minutes or less because of a problem with the previous order. I received the order in 40 minutes because the restaurant kept asking for more time. The salad was soggy, but pita chips were tough and the Piris that were on the salad were so hard. The salad just fell short of the other times when I have purchased from them.

It was a Greens + Grains Bowl with practically four lettuce leaves in it. Usually cava is good about portion size, but this was half the portion I've typically gotten and the toppings were scarce to where I wasn't sure if I even got certain ones. Probably won't order on door dash again.

Not even half the bowl is filed. For what you pay the bowl should be full. Lettuce is wilted as well.

Chicken not trimmed, found a piece of bone. Neither Greens + Grains Bowls had hardly any greens. And one had a huge uneatable piece of stalk. Appears to be poorly trained staff that just don't care. A shame since we have ordered from them before with no problems.
