First time trying The Chapps Classic and it was one of the best burgers I have ever had. Cooked perfectly, fresh toppings and soft bun. Classic Fresh-Cut Fries were truly homemade and were phenomenal. Onion Rings were very good also. Will definitely order again.

We always enjoy having a Chapp's burger. My wife likes the Baby Chapps Combo which is a good portion: value. I mix it up but got the knockout burger which is a 1/2 lb bacon cheeseburger with a fried egg. It was great tasting and very satisfying with so many flavors. We ate it too fast for pictures, maybe next time. :)

This was my first time trying Chapps Burgers, and I can say the burger was cooked perfectly! All the toppings were included. The only downside was that the buns were very soggy, and I had to deconstruct it to eat it. However, I did add a good amount of toppings and condiments, so I can’t really complain. I do wish it included more mushrooms as it didn’t really taste like a mushroom burger.
The fries and grilled cheese were exactly what you’d expect — nothing too special, but still satisfying, but I do wish the grilled cheese included more cheese as it was a bit flat. The chili was surprisingly good! I didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I did.
The packaging, unfortunately, wasn’t great. The items were wet on the outside, including the utensils, condiments, and even the takeout containers. I wish more care had been taken to better preserve the food.
Overall, my concerns are more about the packaging than the food itself. I’ll definitely be ordering again! I hope the packaging issue is fixed by then.

Chapps Burgers delivered on the Veggie Burger—it is outstandingly delicious! I am vegetarian and I really was craving a good veggie burger. I was cruising menus for a veggie burger, and I decided to try the one at Chapps. I was not disappointed!
Chapps Burgers is always an excellent option for a good burger if you're a meat eater, and I have found that it is also an excellent option for an excellent Veggie Burger.
I customized my burger with grilled onions and an egg. The burger was hot, delicious, and it hit the spot!

Burger didn't taste like it had any seasoning, there were hardly any mushrooms on it. The only real flavors were greasy meat, the Swiss cheese, and the mayo would break through from time to time. The fries were a huge bummer too, there were maybe 4-5 regular length fries... everything else was stubs and fry shakings. This place used to kill it but I've had two bad meals in a row in the last few weeks.
